Who: Kids age 6-12 years Where: Lat45 Crossfit When: 3p.m.-4p.m. and 4:15-5:15, Tuesdays and Thursdays Price: $40/ child per month , $5 off for each additional kid Sign up now! During the hour we will be learning how to move properly, working on strength and stamina, improving balance and coordination, as well as taking time to work on homework/reading, all while having a lot of fun in the process! * Kellen meets the kids either at the charter school bus drop at Veterans park or behind Pioneer at the bus pick-up spot and will walk all the kids over at at 3 or 4:15 respectively.
